I have a love for bacon that I just don’t know how to describe. I seriously love it.
I love mine a little on the crunchy side, yet a little bit chewy.
I was at my in laws a few weeks ago, and they were putting foil on a cookie sheet, then laying bacon slices down on the foil. I was so confused as to what they were doing?
They were broiling bacon in the oven. I didn’t even know that was a thing. But it was some of the best bacon I have ever had.
My eyes were opened to a whole new world, of baked bacon recipes, that I hadn’t tried yet.
So today, I am sharing with you, one of my family’s favorite dishes, Brown Sugar Bacon Chicken Tenders. They are so delicious, and super easy to make.
