BAKED CAESAR CHICKEN RECIPE


 

Our baked caesar chicken breasts make the perfect four-ingredient recipe (OK, six ingredients if you count salt and pepper) to add into your weekly meal prep rotation. All it takes is chicken breasts, a bottle of Primal Kitchen Caesar Dressing, some seasoning, and a sprinkle of chopped fresh parsley to add a pop of green and a bit of fresh herb flavor.

This baked chicken breast recipe proves its weekly meal prep worthiness by being as versatile as it is easy. Don't have Caesar Dressing on hand? Substitute Ranch or Dreamy Italian Dressing. Can't find or don't want to use a vegan cheese alternative? Make your own vegan parmesan cheese recipe, or use real parmesan cheese if you can tolerate dairy. Ingredients
1 cup caesar-salad dressing
½ cup sour-cream (optional)
1-1½ cup parmesan-cheese grated
4 chicken breasts boneless skinless

Instructions
 
Number One, Heat oven to 375°F and spray on the interior of an 8×11" baking-dish with cooking-spray.
Number Two, When the breasts are irregular thickness, then pound them (put in a Ziploc bag and onto a level surface) into a even ¾-1" thickness using a meat-pounder.
Number Three, Sprinkle the breasts (either side ) with grated parmesan-cheese & freshly-ground black-pepper, and set them in the prepared baking-dish.
Number Four, Whisk together sour cream and caesar dressing in a small-bowl. Pour on the sour cream/caesar mix over every breasts then sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on the top.
Number Five, Put the prepared chicken in the oven and bake at 375°F for 30minutes.
Number Six,Turn the oven to broil and broil the breasts an extra 2-4minutes or till the chicken turns golden-brown. It may burn fast, so watch it carefully.
Number Seven, When completed, remove from the oven and cover loosely with foil and permit chicken to rest 5-10minutes before serving.
Number Eight, Serve and enjoy. If desired, garnish with chopped parsley.
